Welcome to the Julian Ranch Official Website

This quiet and beautiful neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona, has 473 Lots, two playground parks, two ramadas, and a basketball court. It is adjacent to the City of Tucson-owned and maintained Julian Wash walking path.

The Julian Ranch Community Association is managed by its Board of Directors. Board members are elected by the general membership, which consists of all homeowners on record for the Association. The Julian Ranch Bylaws provide more information about the Board of Directors and the Annual Meeting.

The Julian Ranch Community Association's Board of Directors meets quarterly. All meetings are open to homeowners, who are encouraged to attend. For more information about the Board of Directors Meetings, visit the Calendar of Events page.

Agave Management Solutions administers the Association's business affairs, including weekly inspections, tax filings, and annual report preparation.

The Association's Design Review Committee (DRC) oversees the approval of exterior changes to the lot or dwelling, not limited to remodeling, renovations, and new construction. The DRC must approve all projects in Julian Ranch, including new installations and modifications. For more information on how to submit, please visit the Governing Documents, Rules, Regulations & Forms page.
